What’s that saying, give a girl the right pair of shoes and she can conquer the world? Well, give THIS girl a camera and lots of caffeine and she can conquer anything! (Okay, anything might be a stretch but you get the idea.)
At my core I’m just an ordinary, regular 30-something year old Millennial who watches way too many Disney movies to NOT believe in true love. And at the end of the day, that’s what brings me joy… celebrating real love. If I’m being honest, being an LGBTQIA+ woman in the South can be extremely hard, but that’s why I’m so drawn to couples who LOVE OUT LOUD. Because despite all of our differences, love is what we all share. No matter who we are, where we come from, or what we believe, we know this one thing:

- I was born + raised in the 901- Memphis, TN! Except for some time when I was a baby (which doesn’t count cuz I don’t remember it) + a brief semester in Knoxville right out of high school (which also doesn’t count because I hated it, lol) I’ve lived here my whole life.
- I’m the middle child of 3 sisters. Yes, middle kid syndrome is real + yes, we all stole each other’s stuff.
- Hot girls take Prozac + aren’t ashamed. (Or Lexapro, Zoloft, Celexa, etc.) #endthestigma
- My wife + I have 4 dogs who are our babies! If you ever wonder if I care if you bring your dogs to a session, the answer is NO. I want to pet them all.
- I have 14 tattoos + am always dreaming of adding more!
- I collect anything “Wizard of Oz” related, and my Emerald City snow globe tattoo is my favorite.
- My bathroom is “Friends” themed, down to the purple walls + teal cabinets. I would hang out in there a lot more if it wasn’t, ya know, the bathroom.
- I may not have much rhythm but that will absolutely not stop me from getting on the dance floor, especially if early 2000s music is playing (shoutout to WSHS class of ’05, baby!)
